
WHAT can be returned?
Returns and exchanges must meet our complete requirements. If you change your mind, you can request an exchange or return the item within seven days. This applies to full-price items that are unwashed, unworn and unused in their original condition with the original packaging and tags attached. For health reasons, there are no returns or exchanges on the socks or undergarments unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturer's fault. Items that are not in the original condition will not be accepted.
As per Australian Consumer Law, full refunds, including shipping, will be available for significant faults/defects. This includes sale items.
WHEN do items need to be returned?
For Robinson Man online purchases, we accept returns and exchanges of full-priced purchases to our head office in Melbourne, where we have been notified by email within seven days of receipt of the goods.
WHERE do items need to be returned?
All items need to be returned to our head office at Robinson Man, 487 High Street, Prahran East VIC 3181 Australia.
HOW do customers return items?
Email info@robinsonman.com so we can allocate a Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you. Please return your goods and the RA document we will issue you. Address your package to Robinson Man, 487 High Street, Prahran East VIC 3181 Australia. Once complete send a photo of the return postage by email to info@robinsonman.com as proof of the shipping date. Please ensure all returns are sent back using a registered post service and keep a copy of your tracking number as we can not be held liable for return parcels that do not arrive.
SHIPPING for returns?
Returns and exchanges exclude original shipping costs. The first exchange shipping cost is complimentary, however, any additional exchanges made after the first one will incur a shipping cost of $14.50 (domestic) or $40 (international.)
CREDIT for returns?
Purchases paid by credit card through eWAY (our credit card facility) can be exchanged or refunded for a change of mind (excluding our original shipping costs.) If you prefer to use the Afterpay payment facility and change your mind after receiving the items, we can exchange but cannot refund purchases. PayPal orders can only be refunded against a credit card at our head office.
Instore return option?
We accept returns and exchanges to our head office in Melbourne. Robinson Man 487 High Street, Prahran East VIC 3181. Located between Williams Road and Joyce Street. Hours of operation, Monday-Friday 10.00-5.00 pm. Weekends 10.00-4.00 pm
Packing materials?
The returned items must be in original condition with the original packaging and tags attached. Items that are not in the original condition will not be accepted.
